Our broad range of experience means we can see your project through from concept to completion. our services include: inception: we will get to know the space and to understand the scope of the project and your requirements, through meetings and site visits. feasibility studies: to ascertain the achievability of the project - technically and financially, and any other requirements, i.e. planning or statutory consents required for the site. outline proposals: developed in liaison with the client and include preliminary cost estimates. sketch proposals: which will set out the character of the landscape, spatial arrangements, and materials for client approval. detailed proposals: finalising set out, materials and design details, as well as coordinating specialist contractors or suppliers. We will provide details of costs in a pre-tender estimate, and carry out any detailed applications for planning or other consent where required. contract drawings, specifications and the bill of quantities: these are produced for tender, once detailed proposals are approved by the client and budget agreed upon. This will include a defects liability and maintenance period to be agreed with the contractor. tenders: are invited or negotiated and a contractor appointed. contract administration: here our role becomes more one of project management, overseeing operations on site, and monitoring the quality and progress of the work. Interim certificates for payment will be issued and defects will be made good by the contractor before a certificate of completion is issued. completion: we will sign off that the work on site has been completed to meet our high standards.
